Most products are taken in capsule form. There are shakes that taste “healthy” and not everyone loves them 😉 However, there are tricks to make them tastier. You will receive these in your documents.

If you decide to carry out the dToxx.me program, we will provide you with a detailed list of foods that you can eat and those that you should avoid. An example: You should avoid sugar; vegetables, such as broccoli or kohlrabi, can be eaten to your heart’s content.
Yes, you can consume certain meat and fish during the whole time.
You can eat vegetables out of the list until you are full – all you can eat! The protein quantity (s.a. meat, fisch, veggie & vegan substitute, eggs) on the other side is limited to a certain amount per meal. A small portion of fruits is also allowed per day. It is recommended to follow these guidelines. ALL depends though on your goals and what you want to achieve. Basically, you should NEVER be hungry! Drinking water (2-3l per day) and taking the micronutrients play also an important role in this.
No, the contrary is the case. In the first days of Step 3, there may be slight influences due to the changes in the diet. Experience shows that the majority of participants have more energy than before the program.
NO. It is an explicit goal and an important part of the program that you do not suffer from hunger. This is one reason why starvation diets are not successful in the long term. Only when the metabolism is running at full speed, the body can break down depot fats. With a car (again a car example😉) you would not halve the fuel supply so that it drives faster, would you?

Basically no. If there are extreme health problems, or if you are unsure, you can of course consult the doctor you trust. However, experience shows that most doctors are not necessarily experts in the field of the healing power of certain foods.
Of course, if this is your wish, you have the possibility to quit the program at any time. Everything is voluntary! In this case, you will be refunded 50% of the price of your care package price by us, if you decide to step out of the program within the first 30 days. No refunds apply for the care packages after this term. For the products ordered with Lifeplus, the Lifeplus return policy (30 days return and money back) applies.
