1. Area of application
   1. All services, Information provided and communications fall within these General Terms and Conditions.
   2. General Terms and Conditions of third parties or of customers will not be accepted.
2. Performed services
   1. Axioma World will provide you with all the information you need to successfully finish the program.
   2. Depending on the chosen support level, Axioma World will provide the service accordingly during our office hours between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. (Central European Time)
3. Formation of the contract
   1. All offers of Axioma World are nonbinding.
   2. You enter the contract with Axioma World once you pay for your package and give us your consent to charge your credit card.
   3. Axioma World has the right to not accept the contract for 48 hours after the payment has been processed. In this case, you will be refunded all paid amounts.
   4. The contract is binding when Axioma World confirms the contract/ payment in written form (email).
4. Cancellation of the contract by Axioma World
   1. Axioma world has the right to withdraw from this contract without stating reasons. You will be notified in writing to the email address you have provided. In this case you will get reimbursed 50 % of the amount you paid for your package no matter at what level you currently are within the program. In this case you will no longer receive any support for the program
   2. Orders made by you for the products do not fall within your relationship with Axioma World. Lifeplus as well as acivator.shop are responsible for all product orders and problems you might have with them. Lifeplus has a great customer support which can be reached by phone or email. Please feel free to use it whenever needed.
5. Quitting the program – Cancellation of the contract by the customer
   1. Once you have decided to do the program and paid us the fee, you have the right to withdraw from the program without stating reasons. The cancellation has to be in writing – email. The email has to be sent to: chance@axioma-world.com
   2. In this case you will get reimbursed 50 % of the amount you paid for your package if you cancel within 30 days of starting (Time of receiving the mail). If you opt out at a later date, no refund will be paid by Axioma World. Please notice that returns of already ordered products have to be directly communicated with Lifeplus. You find the contact info for your country on lifeplus.comat the button „Contact info“ at the very bottom of the start page .
   3. Your reimbursement will be paid by Axioma World within 14 days after you have given us your bank account details in written form (email).
6. Copyright Text and images/ videos
   1. All Copy and Proprietary Rights of all material on the website, in the documents and emails belong to Axioma World. Using them in whatever form without our written consent is not allowed and will be prosecuted.
   2. You have the right to use the information for your personal use within the scope of the dToxx.me Program. All further use of any material such as copying, multiplying, sharing, etc. is not allowed.
   3. By providing Axioma World testimonials and pictures/ videos of you, you allow Axioma World to use these in any form unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
7. Liability & Warranty
   1. The dToxx.me program is NOT a medical product
   2. Axioma World does NOT guarantee a specific outcome or certain improvements of your health. The program has shown to be very effective. However, there are certain aspects of the program which are beyond our control, such as sticking to the food plan. Therefore, each participant is responsible for her/his own success/outcome of the program.
   3. Axioma World has no information about the state of health of any participant. Nor do we ask for them.
   4. Axioma World does not provide medical advice. As with all food products, they have certain effects on the human body. The effects can vary from person to person. All food products used in the dToxx.me program are natural and do not fall within the category medicine. For any secondary effects that the product may have the liability lies with the consumer. Please make sure that the products do not affect certain health issues you might have, such as allergies. All the ingredients for every product can be found online at www.lifeplus.com.
   5. Each participant is responsible to monitor his/her own health during the program and in the case of undesired results, is responsible to make the necessary changes or quit the program.
   6. Axioma World cannot be held responsible for any health issues resulting from the program, short and long term.
8. Behavior  & Thoughtfulness
   1. We ask that each participant honors the rules of conduct especially in the Facebook Group.
   2. When commenting on the program on any online platform, the user is not allowed to communicate untruthful, wrong or misleading facts about the program or Axioma World.
9. Personal data
   1. Axioma World keeps certain information about you, such as name, address, and all the correspondence history
   2. At any time, you can request the complete deletion of your file/ information. This has to be done in writing by sending an email to: chance@axioma-world.com Information which we are required by law, such as invoices, etc. will not be deleted.
   3. Personal data you provide to our partners such as Lifeplus fall within their jurisdiction.
10. Place of jurisdiction
    1. The business Relationship between you and Axioma World is governed by the laws of Switzerland.
    2. The place of Jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland
